Shipping Methods

All orders are processed within 7 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or delivered on Holidays. Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during Holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Please give us a valid phone number that we can reach you at immediately. 

We are unable to ship to Military Base, or PO Boxes.
We choose appropriate shipping methods for delivery. The main options are as follows:

By Sea shipment,

By Air shipment,

By international courier, such as DHL, EMS, UPS

 You need to have a forwarder to clean goods at custom If goods are shipt by Sea or by Air

Depending on your location and amount ordered, please allow up to 15 business days/ 30 days from the shipment date to receive your order.

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you order has shipped 

Order Tracking

Order Tracking is available online. Enter your order number from your email and find out when your order is expected to arrive.

International Shipping Policy

International orders are welcome. Shipping costs to your country will be automatically calculated once your address has been keyed in, upon checkout. If your country is selected but there is no option for “International Shipping”, please email us, and we will add your country to our International Shipping list as soon as possible.
